Making the decision to begin therapy can feel overwhelming and sometimes scary, especially during times of transition and uncertainty. You are the expert on your life and your experiences; my role is to walk alongside you, helping you explore, untangle, and make sense of what’s emerging.
I am a Master of Social Work (MSW) student with 15 years of experience as a registered midwife (RM). This work has given me the privilege of supporting individuals and families through transformative life experiences. These experiences continue to shape how I show up in therapy: grounded, and deeply respectful of each person’s autonomy and wisdom.
I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, strengths, and possibilities for change in ways that feel respectful, meaningful, and true to who they are. I’m compassionate, expressive, and love to incorporate supportive humor when appropriate.
My areas of interest include fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period; birth debriefing; life transitions; LGBTQIA2S+ identities; consensual non‑monogamy identities and relationships; grief and loss; and stress and burnout.
My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to be fully themselves, without fear of judgment, and where their lived experiences are honoured.
If this resonates, I invite you to reach out and see whether we are the right fit.
