Are you feeling disconnected in your relationships, struggling to communicate clearly, or noticing that the same emotional patterns keep showing up no matter how much effort you put in? Maybe you and your partner want more closeness, ease, and understanding, but keep getting pulled into familiar cycles that leave you feeling misunderstood or alone.

Many couples and individuals come to therapy not because something is “broken,” but because they want to deepen their connection, understand each other more fully, and build a relationship that feels secure, resilient, and alive. Together, we slow things down and explore how your nervous system, attachment history, and relational experiences shape the way you connect, respond, and repair.

For over a decade, I have worked with individuals and couples who are committed to their growth and curious about the deeper layers of their relational lives. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw from Somatic Experiencing, the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), and attachment-based work to help clients build emotional safety, strengthen communication, regulate their nervous systems, and develop practical skills for lasting connection.
Therapy with me is not just about resolving conflict. It is about learning how to know yourself and your partner more deeply, creating secure patterns of connection, and making room for a more intentional and fulfilling relationship to emerge. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out and explore whether we might be a good fit.
