Individual Therapy
Developing the relationship with yourself

Individual therapy can be a place to slow down and become curious about the ways you have learned to move through the world.
Perhaps you're navigating grief. A relationship has changed. Something from your past continues to show up in the present. You notice a pattern you don't quite understand. Or you simply want a space to think more deeply about who you are and how you want to live.

Relationships are at the heart of my work
We don't become ourselves in isolation.

Our relationships can bring parts of us into view that are difficult to see on our own. We may find ourselves reaching, protecting, withdrawing, adapting, holding back or trying to be understood.

These responses often make sense in the context of what we have experienced. Therapy can offer a place to become curious about what is happening underneath the pattern, what shaped it, and what might be possible from here.
The Approach
Conflict is not a sign of failure, but a signal of growth trying to happen. Sessions are tailored to your unique dynamic and occur in my Navan studio or online. Our journey begins with an initial assessment to define the goals and boundaries of our therapeutic partnership.
What brings people to individual therapy?
Developing the relationship with yourself
There isn't one reason people come to therapy. Sometimes something has happened. Sometimes something has been repeating. And sometimes there is simply a sense that you want to understand yourself differently.

Understanding how you move toward, away from, or within relationships and what may keep repeating.

Use this space to promote your business, its products or its services. Help people become familiar with the business and its offerings, creating a sense of connection and trust. Focus on what makes your business unique and how users can benefit from choosing it.

Making space for the many forms grief can take, including the loss of a person, relationship, role, future or way of life.

Exploring the ways early and ongoing relationships can shape expectations, connection, protection and belonging.

Creating room to explore who you are, how you experience yourself and what you want your life and relationships to look like.
