Therapeutic Approach
Our work is centered on creating a safe, responsive space where we can explore the patterns that shape your relationships and your sense of self.

PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy)
Developed by Stan Tatkin, PACT integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, and biology of human arousal. In our sessions, we focus on helping partners become expert 'first responders' to one another, understanding how their nervous systems interact to build a secure-functioning relationship.

Somatic Experiencing and Somatic Therapy
We don't just experience life in our minds; our bodies hold the echoes of stress and trauma. Somatic therapy helps us tune into these physical sensations to release stored tension and regulate the nervous system, allowing for emotional processing that talk therapy alone might not reach.

Attachment-Based Therapy
Attachment theory provides a roadmap for understanding how we seek closeness and respond to threat in our significant relationships. By identifying your attachment style — secure, anxious, or avoidant — we can work toward greater emotional security and more resilient connections.

Narrative Therapy
Narrative therapy suggests that we live our lives through stories. We will work to deconstruct the 'problem-saturated' stories that may be holding you back and co-create new, preferred narratives that align with your values, strengths, and hopes for your future.
