WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Different spaces. The same curiosity about Therapy and Services.
My work begins from a relational understanding of people. We are shaped by our relationships, our experiences, our bodies, the stories we carry and the worlds we have lived within.
Therapy isn't only about changing what is difficult. It can also be a place to understand yourself more fully, make room for what is already there, and become more intentional about how you want to live and relate.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Understanding yourself can change the way you move through the world.
Individual therapy offers space to explore your life without reducing you to a problem that needs to be solved.
We may look at the relationships and experiences that have shaped you, the stories you have come to believe about yourself, and the ways your body has learned to respond to the world around you.
The work is not about becoming a different person. It is about understanding more of who you are, what you have carried, what still belongs to you, and what you may want to do differently from here.
My individual work draws primarily from Somatic Experiencing, Narrative Therapy and attachment-based approaches.

ACCESSIBLE THERAPY
Therapy with MSW students.
OIRC Counselling periodically welcomes Master of Social Work students completing their clinical training.
Working with a student therapist can offer a more accessible way to begin therapy while receiving thoughtful care within a supervised clinical setting. Students receive regular supervision and support throughout their placement.
Availability changes throughout the year.

FOR THERAPISTS
A place to think about the work.
Clinical work asks a great deal of us. Supervision offers a place to think carefully about what is happening with our clients, what is happening within us, and what may be taking shape in the relationship between the two.
My supervision style is collaborative, relational and curious. We can explore clinical questions, relational and somatic dynamics, ethical considerations, difficult moments in the work, and the development of your own clinical voice.
I am particularly interested in supporting therapists working relationally with couples, attachment and trauma.
Different kinds of work can bring different parts of us into view.
Whether we are exploring a relationship, our own history, or the work we do with others, I am interested in understanding people in context rather than in isolation.
What shaped this? What is happening now? What deserves more room? And what might you want to do differently from here?
Not sure where to begin?
You don't need to know exactly which kind of support makes the most sense before reaching out.
A 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to talk briefly about what brings you here and whether working together feels like a good fit.
